This page is maintained by Done Money and describes the terms for using Done Money. Review it with your own legal adviser before launch.
1. The licence
A lifetime licence grants one account holder ongoing access to Done Money for as long as the service operates. It is personal to the buyer and may not be resold or transferred without written consent.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the terms of every social platform you connect. Spam, harassment, impersonation and automated behaviour that breaches a platform's own rules are not permitted.
3. Connected accounts
Connecting a channel authorises Done Money to publish on your behalf. You can disconnect any channel at any time from your account settings, which immediately stops future publishing to it.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party platform APIs may change or restrict access outside our control.
5. Payment and refunds
Lifetime access is a one-time payment. A 14-day refund window applies as described in our refund policy.
