What we collect
Account details you provide (email, name), the brands and content you create in the app, media you upload, and the connection details for the social channels you link.
How we use it
To operate your account, generate and publish the content you ask us to, run the automations you configure, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database and storage, on a payment provider for checkout, and on AI providers to generate content you request. Each processes data only to deliver these functions.
Access controls
Accounts are protected by authentication, and database access rules scope every record to its owner. Connected-channel credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
Your choices
You can export or delete your content, disconnect any channel, or request deletion of your account by emailing support@done.money.
