Who administers the refund

The guarantee
If Done Money is not right for you, email support@done.money within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request one
Include the email address you purchased with. We approve inside two working days and refund through the original payment method — most banks show it within five to ten working days. You can also open the billing portal from Settings to see your payment history.
After the refund
Your licence is revoked and scheduled posts stop publishing. Connected channels are disconnected and their tokens deleted. Export your content before requesting the refund.
After the guarantee window
Outside 14 days, one-time lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period.
Abuse
Refunds are limited to one per customer. Accounts used to mass-publish spam before requesting a refund may be refused, as set out in our Terms of Service.
