If Done Money is not right for you, email support@done.money within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount.
How to request one
Include the email address you purchased with. We process the refund through the original payment method — most banks show it within five to ten working days.
After the refund
Your lifetime licence is revoked and scheduled posts stop publishing. You can export your content before requesting the refund.
Abuse
Refunds are limited to one per customer. Accounts used to mass-publish spam before requesting a refund may be refused.
